You will be guided to a place of calm, where the mind and body feel safe to release into the support of the earth beneath you. Where your inner yearning to feel profoundly rested is met, and yet by the magic of this grounding session, you will feel miraculously energised… this is where serenity meets enlivening.
Our time together will incorporate gentle floor-based stretching in the form of yin and restorative yoga positions, followed by a guided relaxation. To close, we will allow ourselves to gently come back to the present moment with herbal tea and mindful reflection.

Location: Hyntle Barn, Hintlesham, Suffolk. Our venue is a beautiful converted barn in a rural location, tucked away on farmland, providing a beautiful and calm space to allow for deep relaxation and restoration.
