My background and my why...

Hi, my name's Victoria, and I live in the beautiful Dedham Vale countryside, on the Essex/Suffolk border, in South East England. I am passionate about supporting those on their journey of healing, self-development, transformation and remembrance, as they follow their inner guidance to embody their most authentic Self.

I love to learn, experience and share all things that nurture the deepest depths of our being. I am a curious seeker, with a gypsy spirit, and a big heart. I am at my happiest exploring new places or in nature. My inner knowing is my biggest teacher and guide.

In my life I have experienced periodic depression and anxiety, autoimmune conditions (notably Endometriosis), heartbreak, trauma and severe burnout – more than once! I have recently discovered that I am high-masking neuro-diverse (meaning most people would have no idea this was the case!). Discovering this (in my forties!) has been one of the biggest blessings I’ve ever received, and has helped me to understand myself better than ever. I have spent more than a decade delving into the intricate workings of the mind, body, spirit and emotions, uncovering the profound truth that within us lies an innate capacity to heal.

My journey stands as a testament to the healing power that lives within each of us, and I am profoundly guided to share the wisdom, insights, and tools that have transformed my own life.
